�The Bridgestone World Solar Challenge starts in Darwin in the Northern
Territory and travels the Stuart Highway to Port Augusta and then
via Highway 1 to finish in the City of Adelaide in South Australia
(approximately 3000kms). The Official Finish Line in Adelaide will
be in Victoria Square/ Tarntanyangga. The traditional Bridgestone
World Solar Challenge route is visible below.

The Darwin Royal Show - a true relaxed local event where we get
to see our agrictural industry
Date: Darwin Show Day. Darwin Show public holiday is usually on
the last or second-last Friday in July. The Royal Darwin Show runs
from 9 am to 10 pm on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The Kimberley
Staircase to the Moon is a natural phenomenon which occurs
when a full moon rises over the exposed tidal flats of Roebuck
Bay. The Staircase to the Moon happens 2 - 3 days a month between
March and October. The first two days of Staircase to the Moon
generally also play host to the Staircase to the Moon markets
at Town Beach. Here you can sample local produce, buy hand made
products, a variety of international food, and enjoy the sounds
of local entertainers. Another popular spot to view the event
is The Mangrove Hotel Resort, with live entertainment every
Staircase night.
The Staircase to the Moon is a natural phenomenon that can
be seen in Broome, Western Australia. In 2023, the Staircase
to the Moon happens between March and late October when a full
moon rises over the exposed tidal flats of Roebuck Bay.
